Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges at Sadda Fashion

At Sadda Fashion, we want your shopping experience to be nothing short of fantastic. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we've got a hassle-free return and exchange process in place for you.

Free Returns/Exchanges

You can return or exchange items for free within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided they are in unused condition, with original tags, and the packaging intact. For multiple item exchanges, kindly submit a separate request for each item, indicating your preferred size and color.

Please note, the first return/exchange is free. Subsequent returns/exchanges against an order/item incur shipping charges which are to be borne by customer.

For pre-paid order refunds:

Refund will be issued to source account after pickup is done and may take upto 7 days to reflect in your account depending on bank.

For COD (cash on delivery) refund:

A refund link will be sent via email and SMS after pickup is done. Simply click the link, fill out the required details, and submit. Refunds will processed and can take upto 7 days to reflect in your account depending on bank. (wef - 12/06/2024)

Post 14 Days

After 14 days, we, unfortunately, can't process exchanges or returns for any reason. We appreciate your attention to detail when selecting sizes during your initial exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what you expected, initiate an exchange request directly on our website.

Refund of item ordered in a Combo

If you bought two products, each originally priced at Rs.599, and with a discount, you paid Rs.1078 for both. Now, if you decide to return one of the items, you'll get Rs.420 back because we'll refund you based on the original price of Rs.599 for that product. The discount won't affect the return amount for the one item you're sending back.

Exchanging with different product

We want to make sure you get the perfect product! If you'd like a different product you can initiate a return for the product you have now, and then simply place a new order for the one you want. This way, we can ensure you get exactly what you're looking for.
