Customer Support Executive

About the Role

We’re seeking a passionate Customer Support Executive to join Sadda Fashion. You’ll assist customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp, ensuring their queries and issues are resolved with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels.
  • Resolve issues efficiently with a customer-first approach.
  • Escalate complex queries when needed.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
  • Must work on-premises at our Ahmedabad office.
  • Flexible with timings: 12 PM - 7 PM (may shift to 11 AM - 7 PM).
