How to track your order ?

What's the expected delivery time for my order?

Typically, orders are delivered within 7-8 working days following dispatch. We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours from the time of placement.

My order is status shows delivered but have not received it. What should I do ?

What is the expected time frame for the pickup of return items?

After you ask for a return, we aim to pick it up within 3 to 5 workdays, but this can vary based on where you are and logistics. If you need help, email us at saddafashionhelpdesk@gmail.com. Easy!

What to do if an incorrect is delivered or an item is missing in my order ?

While we might send a few items separately, rest assured, we'll deliver your complete order. In the rare event of any issues, feel free to email us at support@saddafashion.com

Payments, Discounts & Refunds

How is money refunded for returned orders?

Refund Process for Prepaid Orders:

For prepaid orders, refunds are issued as store credit or directly back to your account after the order is picked up. Please check your bank account within 5-7 days for the refund.

Refund Process for COD Orders:

For COD orders, you will receive a refund link after the shipment is picked up. Simply fill out the required details through the link, and your refund will be processed within 7 days, depending on your bank.

How is money refunded for cancelled orders ?

The refund will be processed and credited back to the original source account within 3 to 5 days depending on your bank.

What should I do if the payment is deducted from my account, but I haven't received an order confirmation yet?

How to apply a coupon code ?

When you check out, there's a special spot for your discount code. Just one code per order, and you can't switch out an already applied offer. Happy savings!

How to cancel your Order ?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can cancel it by clicking the "View Order" button in the order confirmation message sent via WhatsApp and email when you place an order.
