What's the expected delivery time for my order?

Typically, orders are delivered within 7-8 working days following dispatch. We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours from the time of placement.

My order is status shows delivered but have not received it. What should I do ?

What to do if an incorrect is delivered or an item is missing in my order ?

Payments, Discounts & Refunds

How is money refunded for returned orders?

Prepaid orders get refunds as store credit or straight back to your account. Check your bank in 5-7 days. COD orders? You'll get store credits matching the refund, all in your Sadda Fashion account for later shopping fun!

How is money refunded for cancelled orders ?

The refund will be processed and credited back to the original source account within 3 to 5 days depending on your bank.

What should I do if the payment is deducted from my account, but I haven't received an order confirmation yet?

How to apply a coupon code ?
